Which one do you like? Juice or Tea?
I am not a Juice drinker since I got here in USA it is because the taste of their juice here is different than our juice in the Philippines. I don't know, it is just different. The taste is very strong compared to our "tang" or "eight o'clock".So instead of drinking juice, I preferred to drink water after I eat. But when I am at work I always have with me 2-3 bottles of sweetened ice tea. Sweetened tea because it taste good then the unsweetened one.
But here is the question. Which is better for your brain?, a glass of juice or a cup of tea?
One of the article that I read states that... When it comes to preventing Alzheimer's juice may have the edge. Three servings a week reduced Alzheimer's risk impressibely. It says that apple and citrus juices in particular are very brain friendly. That's because they're able to cross the blood-brain barrier. Once inside your head, they can protect neurons from a damaging chemical associated with Alzheimer's. Here is why juice is good for you.
But Tea is still great. It doesnt mean that " juicy news" can stop to toss your tea. Tea still has lots of other healthy benefits such as;-Tea is great for your heart...Here's how it helps.. on how the brew helps keeps you stronger.
-Tea also can help twart this deadly female cancer...
-Tea turns down your stress...Here's how
-And tea may help keep your knees feeling fine...here's how & why.
